Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us before the scheduled time. If we cannot access the home at the scheduled time, we will contact you to arrange a new visit.

Payment terms, deposits and any financing arrangements are stated in the written proposal for your project and agreed before work begins.

Any warranty that applies to your project is stated in your written proposal or agreement, along with its duration and exclusions. Manufacturer equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

By voluntarily opting in, you authorize Citadel Energy Works to send non-marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages are limited to assessment-request confirmations, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, answers to your questions, and related follow-up. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
