Overview

About Indoor Air Quality

A tight home needs intentional ventilation. We pair filtration, fresh-air ventilation and humidity control so the air you breathe is filtered and conditioned on purpose — not pulled in through the attic and crawlspace.

What's included

  • Filtration upgrades matched to your system
  • Balanced or supply ventilation options
  • Humidity control (dehumidification / humidification)
  • Bath and kitchen exhaust correction
  • Combustion safety and CO checks
  • Duct cleanliness and leakage review

Why customers choose it

Filtered air, on purpose

Fresh air enters through a filter instead of a crawlspace.

Humidity in a comfortable range

Controlled moisture means better comfort and fewer material problems.

Safer combustion appliances

We check safety whenever we change how a house breathes.

How much does indoor air quality work cost?

Every home and every comfort or efficiency problem is different, so Citadel does not provide one-size-fits-all pricing before diagnosing the home. Your initial in-person home energy and comfort assessment is free. After the assessment, we'll explain what we found and present the improvement options appropriate for your home, priorities and financing preferences. You'll have clear information before deciding how to proceed.

How soon can you start?

We can begin planning your project as soon as your home has been assessed, the underlying issues have been diagnosed, and you have confirmed the improvement package and financing option that are right for you. Installation timing depends on project scope, equipment or material availability, permitting requirements and the current schedule.

Will this actually lower my bills?

The improvements we recommend are designed to reduce waste and help your home operate more efficiently. The amount of potential savings varies based on the problems we identify, your home's existing condition, the package you select, local weather, utility rates and how the home is used. We'll explain where energy is being lost and which improvements are expected to make the greatest difference.

Is my home a good candidate?

The assessment will determine whether this improvement is appropriate for your home. If another solution would address the underlying problem more effectively, we'll explain that instead.
