Overview

About Energy Solutions & Assessment

Most comfort and energy complaints are symptoms of something measurable: leakage, missing insulation, duct losses, or equipment fighting the building. Our assessment documents what's actually happening in your home and turns it into a prioritized plan with real numbers — before anyone talks about new equipment.

What's included

  • Room-by-room walkthrough and comfort interview
  • Thermal imaging of walls, ceilings and problem areas
  • Air leakage and envelope evaluation
  • HVAC and duct performance review
  • Written findings with prioritized recommendations
  • A clear explanation of each recommended improvement and why it is appropriate

Straight answers

Common questions and concerns

If something isn't covered here, ask us directly — we'd rather answer it up front.
How much does an assessment cost?

Your initial in-person home energy and comfort assessment is free. We'll inspect the home, discuss your concerns and determine what additional testing or next steps may be appropriate before you make any decisions.

How soon can you start?

We can begin planning your project as soon as your home has been assessed, the underlying issues have been diagnosed, and you have confirmed the improvement package and financing option that are right for you. Installation timing depends on project scope, equipment or material availability, permitting requirements and the current schedule.

Will this actually lower my bills?

The improvements we recommend are designed to reduce waste and help your home operate more efficiently. The amount of potential savings varies based on the problems we identify, your home's existing condition, the package you select, local weather, utility rates and how the home is used. We'll explain where energy is being lost and which improvements are expected to make the greatest difference.

Is my home a good candidate?

The assessment will determine whether this improvement is appropriate for your home. If another solution would address the underlying problem more effectively, we'll explain that instead.
