Overview

About HVAC Systems

We install and service heating and cooling systems designed around a load calculation, not a rule of thumb. That means quieter operation, better humidity control and fewer hot and cold rooms — and equipment that isn't paying for the house's air leaks.

What's included

  • Load calculation and equipment sizing
  • System replacement and new installation
  • Repair and performance troubleshooting
  • Duct evaluation, sealing and repair
  • Thermostat and controls setup
  • Post-install performance verification

Why customers choose it

Even temperatures room to room

We address distribution, not just the box outside.

Quieter, better humidity control

Correctly sized systems run longer and gentler instead of short-cycling.

Verified on install day

We measure performance after commissioning, not just at the thermostat.

How much does HVAC work cost?

Every home and every comfort or efficiency problem is different, so Citadel does not provide one-size-fits-all pricing before diagnosing the home. Your initial in-person home energy and comfort assessment is free. After the assessment, we'll explain what we found and present the improvement options appropriate for your home, priorities and financing preferences. You'll have clear information before deciding how to proceed.

How soon can you start?

We can begin planning your project as soon as your home has been assessed, the underlying issues have been diagnosed, and you have confirmed the improvement package and financing option that are right for you. Installation timing depends on project scope, equipment or material availability, permitting requirements and the current schedule.

Will this actually lower my bills?

The improvements we recommend are designed to reduce waste and help your home operate more efficiently. The amount of potential savings varies based on the problems we identify, your home's existing condition, the package you select, local weather, utility rates and how the home is used. We'll explain where energy is being lost and which improvements are expected to make the greatest difference.

Is my home a good candidate?

The assessment will determine whether this improvement is appropriate for your home. If another solution would address the underlying problem more effectively, we'll explain that instead.
