SMS Terms & Consent

Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase and is never required to request an assessment, book an appointment or purchase anything from us. The SMS consent checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default, separate from other permissions, and entirely optional.

If you opt in, we send non-marketing text messages only: your assessment request, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, answers to your questions and related follow-up. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Messages are sent from our SMS-only number, 469-529-7928. That number is for text messaging only — for voice, call 844-345-2335.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@citadelenergyworks.com. You may also call 844-345-2335.

When you check the SMS consent box we store the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page URL you submitted from, and the phone number you provided. This record is kept with your contact record in our CRM.
